I’m a licensed therapist based in San Diego, offering online therapy across California. I specialize in trauma-informed care that honors the mind-body connection and supports deep, lasting healing.

With training in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness approaches, I integrate evidence-based practices with somatic wisdom to help you heal at the root - mind, body and heart.
