Losing a pregnancy or baby can be one of the most painful and isolating experiences a person can face. Whether your loss was recent or occurred months or years ago, you may find yourself carrying grief, sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, or a sense that others don't fully understand what you've been through.

This 8-week virtual therapy group offers a compassionate space to honor your loss, process your experience, and connect with others who truly understand. Together, we create a supportive environment where every emotion is welcome and every story is respected.

What to Expect

This small, intimate group is facilitated by two certified EMDR therapists who specialize in perinatal mental health and trauma.

Through guided discussions, journal writing, expressive arts activities, and EMDR-informed interventions, participants will have the opportunity to:

Process the emotional and physical impact of pregnancy or baby loss
Explore feelings of grief, sadness, anger, guilt, and uncertainty
Learn healthy coping strategies for navigating life after loss
Reduce feelings of isolation by connecting with others who share similar experiences
Strengthen emotional resilience and self-compassion
Honor and remember your baby in meaningful ways
Move forward while carrying your loss with greater peace and integration

Who This Group Is For

This group is designed for individuals who have experienced:

Miscarriage
Stillbirth
Infant loss
Pregnancy termination due to medical complications
Other forms of pregnancy or baby loss

This group is appropriate for all grieving parents, regardless of gender, length of the pregnancy, or how recent the loss.

Healing Happens in Connection

Grief after pregnancy or baby loss can feel invisible. Many people struggle to find spaces where they can speak openly about their experience without fear of judgment, minimizing comments, or pressure to “move on.”

In this group, you will be surrounded by others who understand the unique heartbreak of losing a baby. You do not have to explain your grief or carry it by yourself.

While the pain of loss may always be part of your story, healing is possible. Together, we will create space for remembrance, connection, growth, and hope.
